Need help with Timezone - reg.

Dear Group!
                      I am a new user of Ogo.  I have installed it and 
got it to work.  I am having trouble with the Timezone.  Our timezone is 
GMT+5.5.  How do I set this.  What is happening is that when I setup 
some meeting using the scheduler, the start and end time I mention in 
the entry is not what I see when I view the appoinment after saving.  
Pleaes help.
