Columba is quite nice so far as a clean email client goes, and yes, I
hope GLOW does manage to pick up steam and get moving a bit....

At the moment, where possible, I'm putting out Debian machines running
postfix, cyrus, LDAP and samba. Although, as soon as someone says that
they need shared calendars that work in outlook, it's back to Exchange.

Opengroupware.org is nice _but_ any typical user that I've put in front
of it has a lot of trouble figuring out what to do, and want to revert
back to outlook. I do have to say though that this is also true for OWA
(Outlook Web Access), although they do find it easier to figure out -
with normal Outlook users, there seems to be a bit of a stigma with
webmail clients.

All I want for christmas is an email/PIM client that will work on
windows and will allow shared calendars/free busy info/group meeting
bookings and is Open Source. I suppose put like that it is quite a lot
to ask for, but in comparison to the scale of projects like OpenOffice,
it's quite small ;-)
