I can't follow you on that demo stuff. You can register yourself as a 
reseller for ZideLook in the element-5 webshop accessible from the 
SKYRIX pricelist.
But in general, yes, SKYRIX AG is a company primarily focused on the 
German market. So feedback to English requests is usually _slow_.

For specific support issues, please use the users@ogo list (or in your 
case users-fr@ogo might be fine as well). How to hook up should be 
documented in the install section on the website.
