Hi. I want to integrate our RT trouble ticketing system system with opengroupware, and thus would really like to use the 'Related Links' feature of contacts. I want to use a trigger in rt to create a link to each new trouble ticket that is created. However, there doesn't seem to be any way to make these links? Am I missing something critical? Is this something that is not implemented yet or what? Could I (although this seems dirty to me) modify the database directly to create these links?
