Yeah, I was pondering about that, not quite sure about what kind of 
questions would be appropriate for this forum, but thought this one

mm, I'm interested in this as well. I thought it might make sense to 
make a modified /Ticket/Elements/ShowPeople that linked to oGo contacts, 
at least... I have set up both rt and oGo to authenticate against LDAP, 
so I have a common username/password for both systems. Maybe it would 
make sense to make 'Jobs' in ogo based on tickets you own as well, but I 
think in that case RT should remove those jobs when tickets are resolved 
as well.

Also, there is no provision for doing this through the XML-RPC 
interface, right?
