Hi Helge et all!

I like the ideas... I'm an ideas kinda guy! :-)

Based on that premise, Plone being external, OGo
internal, how would let's say support requests be
handled?  There's an issue collector in 
Plone, but there doesn't appear to be a similar
feature in OGo... how would something like that be
handled?

Also, Plone has a workflow system.  How would OGo
handle that?

Zope/Plone has group/role based permissions, which
would be a good idea anyway for OGo.

BTW... why are OGo forms not recommended?
