Hi Chris! Thanks for the reply. I know you're doing a lot of work in this regard with linuxstudio. I guess myself (and others based on the UI discussion) are wondering where the integration will go. In my case, I'm starting up a small business (that I hope will grow) and I don't want to waste time trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. If OGo will never do something, then I have to look for an alternative. But if two projects work well together, then I don't mind learning two technologies, since as Helge mentioned, they may very well compliment each other. And if OGo will have a particular feature in the future, I may be able to wait for it or do a temporary workaround. OGo is, in my opinion, a better technolgy for my needs than say, phpGroupWare; that aside, phpGroupware has more modules because almost anyone can code in PHP, and it's been opensource longer. I think people want to be able to add features in a modular fashion (ala phpGroupware or Plone) to fit there business. But if there was a way to wrap Plone functions inside OGo... that could be a possibility... Is there going to be a project page on www.opengroupware.org for OGo/Plone integration? That might be a good channel for attracting attention to that particular cause... /Mike --- chris h <[email protected]> wrote: > On June 3, > Since this is an OGo list I will try to keep my > comments general.
