i read the "OGo being developed..." above as "OGo, that is developed (right 
now)...", while you probably meant "OGo, having been developed (in the 
past)...".

therefore i erroneously thought that you were speaking about how ogo is being 
developed _right now_. just a (non-native speaker) language problem ;)
