Hi, OK, I've created a page on that discussion ;-): http://docs.opengroupware.org/Members/helge/CTI/asterisk/ Now the question is how to procede. If I understood it right, without buying additional hardware, I can use Asterisk only for VoIP with my host. Is someone willing to setup an Asterisk environment for testing on an OGo machine (we could create a Debian vserver asterisk.opengroupware.org)? The other open question is the dial out procedure. Maybe someone can do some research on the "arcane" spool file format and let us know ;-) This sounds like a CTI driver for that could be done in 1-2h.
