Last year we had a presentation to our LUG by a SLOX vendor.  Personally
I think the big differences are:

Pro-SLOX:
1.) Roll based administration.  Running SLOX in a really complicated
organization would be easier than running OGo.

Pro-OGo:
1.) An API.  Writing integration to OGo is easy,  there is no API or
easily accessible extension mechanism in SLOX.  Thus no way to build any
kind of local client support.

Other than that 
1.) They both use SMTP, IMAP, LDAP, & WebDav
2.) They both support ICAL, WCAP, etc...

Personally I like the OGo UI better - it is just about the most
production web interface I've ever seen - but that is just a preference.
