If you have a Samba PDC you can use NT's User Manager For Domains for user administration, everyone seems comforatble with that. Recent Samba's also provide a web based user administration tool - http://lam.sourceforge.net/ For bieng a yet-another-web-interface is doesn't suck too bad.
