In the test field, it is good practise to write a detailed report of what is going on and what is not happening. Simply saying It doesnt work is like saying I dont like ice cream..the reader has no idea if its specific to a particular flavour, brand, outlet size or a miriad of other variables. This generally makes responders less interested in helping as no one knows where to start.
