Of course its true that many organizations have existing data sets that they 
want to integrate.  However there are just as many that want to get rid of 
some older system(s) and want to move to something new and tightly integrated 
it would be appropriate.  It would also be appropriate if an organization is 
new and has no existing data or software system.
