What "finesse" do you think of?

The major power of SOPE components is that they are components and can 
be reused in a trivial way (if you know how ;-).

Honestly, I'm surprised that CRM comes up again. To me its a typical 
buzzword of the Internet bubble.
"Real" CRM software might be proprietary but is AGES old and in my 
impression rock solid, I really wonder why people are keen on some PHP 
app like SugarCRM.
