I agree with this bug report, although I would further say that there should 
be a few different administrative roles .  For example, Full admin ("root"), 
news editors, resource managers, etc

Ok, I assume that it is also not possible to have "private" resources?  Would 
either of these be difficult to add.  I'm not looking for something difficult 
like a workflow that travels through a set of approvals.  Really I"m just 
looking to see if I can control who has write access to a resource.
