Linking task to appointments

Hi 

  Is it possible to link tasks to appointments?

  In the documentation only task links to projects are described. Linking tasks to appointments/meetings would be useful when scheduling service staff. Linking tasks to appointments would allow the individual service person to look in his/hers calendar at see where there help are needed. The chairman of the appointment/meeting can also see who has been assigned to rearrange tables, set-up/handle multimedia, bring the sneaks etc. and contact the staff directly with special requests. Some staff may only be assign partial to the appointment/meeting (at the start or after the appointment/meeting) other staff may have been assign with multiple responsibility at the same appointment/meeting.
