Currently only using projects. In later OGo versions you will be able 
to link all objects to each other using the link tab, but this probably 
won't be in 1.0.

Well, if a meeting is really that complex, I would just create a 
project for that and use it to track the meeting state.
Thats what they are intended for, to act as a common repository of 
associated objects.
