  This sound good.

  An alternative to using task associated with appointment could be the 
"type" field. Some calendar clients have a field where the user typical can 
select the attendee type (chairman / attendee.)

  If the field was free text or the user could extend the type list it would 
be possible to add service staff to the meeting by adding them as special 
attendee (e.g. Sound technician's, facilitator etc.).




  I am not aware of whether this is a Ogo server or calendar client issu (or 
both) .
