Hi! I think, that the contacts should get a new attribute, called: skype. The link should be the "callto://somebody <http://www.profi-media.com/OpenGroupware/wa/viewExternalLink?url=callto%3A%2F%2Froti_pm>" form. Clicking on it would start skype to talk.
