IMHO, the CTI approach is half-way on what Hroktó and I whish: Skype
users have login/nicknames ("somebody") and not always telephones
numbers. It will be nice then to have a skype field in the contact form.
OK, you can add as much as you want with extended attributes. But then
how can you launch a local (client-side) aplication from there? (some
extended attribute type?)
