The login _is_ the telephone number in Skype. I don't see how this
matters, its just a regular value which can be used with the dial link.
Use it with a phone number type like 07_skype and you are done.
After all a phone number in OGo is nothing but an extended attribute
with dialing semantics ...
BTW: I'm not entirely sure whether we should push for highly
proprietary systems like Skype. Rather work on Asterisk/VoIP.
