The AptNotifySkyrixPassword should be your OGo administrator's password
(the OGo "root" user not the system "root" user).  This is the password
set the first time you logged into OGo (assuming InstantOGo works that
way).

If you just run "mail {someuser}" on the command line does the mail get
delivered?  Just to check that the system can send SMTP mail.
