New Edition of WMOGAG

A new edition (preM1) has been uploaded to the docs plone.

Primary changes are:
(1) Increased documentation for Cyrus IMAPd including almost all cyradm
commands, unexpunge operations, sieveshell, and cvt_cyrusdb.
(2) ZideStore documentation: detail information on updating contact and
enterprise information via HTTP (vCard PUT).  The company::vcard-set
command is also documented in the "Logic Commands" appendix; this
includes documentation on vCard -> OGo field mappings.  This section is
still in progress but contains quite a bit of information already.
(3) Updates to the Free/Busy information section of the Schedular
chapter.
(4) All attributes of a task are documented in the Tasks chapter.
