Greetings
Attempting to set up ldap authentication against active directory.
Issue. How to get a dn into Defaults
-bash-3.2$ Defaults write Defaults LDAPInitialBindDN
'cn=Administrator,cn=Users,dc=schupan,dc=com'
-bash-3.2$ Defaults read Defaults
{
LDAPInitialBindDN = cn;
LDAPInitialBindPW = whopper;
LDAPInitialBindSpecific = YES;
LSAuthLDAPServer = "192.168.10.242";
LSAuthLDAPServerPort = 389;
LSAuthLDAPServerRoot = cn;
}
-bash-3.2$ man defaults
No manual entry for defaults
What am I looking to put into LSAuthLDAPServerRoot? Is this the search
base??
Dirk
