Yep, I'm working on removing the requirement for the Staff table which I
suspect causes this.  Although I can view notes;  any change you could
enable SQL logging and see exactly the query that is causing it to fail?

Defaults write NSGlobalDomain PGDebugEnabled YES
Defaults write NSGlobalDomain LSProfileCommands YES

That will tell me the command and the query where the error occurs.
