Well, WebDAV *is* hierarchical ... There is that content-location  
header which could be used as a primary, but few (none?) clients  
support that. Maybe we will do (Outlook at least supports that), but  
not for now.

Its not such a big limitation either. WebDAV is just the store, the  
client can do stuff which used to be done by the server (eg that  
Overview thingy).
