dir.create() weirdness

Hi

twingledir.create() in twingle/content/twingle.js creates a dir with no
permissions on linux.

$ ls -ld twingle
d---------    2 chregu   chregu       4096 Mar  8 17:46 twingle/

I didn't found a way to change permissions with jslib, maybe someone
else knows how to do that.
