HELP: Creating and updating resources

I'm soliciting a volunteer.

Howdy.  Yesterday I wrote a draft for TEP 108, "Creating and updating 
resources".  I also did a quick implementation for the "Local Site".  
You can now:

   o Click on "New"

   o Add two property values on a dialog box

   o Click OK

...and Twingle will:

   o Create a new file in profiledir/twingle/localsite

   o Add a resource to the currently-selected folder

However, writing the TEP made me realize the flaws in my approach.  
Thus, it needs a rewrite.

This is a good target area for a pair at Zurich.  It touches on several 
of the technologies and also on several parts of the architecture.  
It's pretty complicated from design-perspective, but since there is a 
partial implementation, you aren't starting in virgin territory for 
Mozilla.  And obviously I can help.

Anybody interested?  Eric and Gregor are good candidates, since this is 
a responsibility of the area I think you've signed up for (the 
navigator).
