I was thinking of some kind of survey that goes out to our collective
customers.  The survey could have questions about how the project went.  Were
there any budgetary surprises?  Would they choose an open source CMS again?
....  All the feedback would be anonymous of course.

It is hard to get code sharing across projects (although there has been
success with WYSIWYG editors).  However, communication and understanding can
also help.  I want to stay away from the trap of one project trying to promote
itself by putting other projects down.  Many of the projects have conferences
and sprints. I was thinking it would interesting for OSCOM to host some kind
of program to encourage people from other projects to participate.  Maybe a
large conference could set aside money to sponsor an OSCOM representative to
attend and promote OSCOM participation within that development community.

BTW, Planet OSCOM is also great for this.  There are several good blogs that I
don't see included in the feed.

This is hard one.  For one, the only open source representative on the AIIM
iECM standard is John Newton from Alfresco.
