Hello! One thing we could try an do would be to call it the Open Source CMS & Arts festival, and invite a couple film-makers and bands to play. Even video game modders and companies often use Open Source CMS, so we could also invite a lot of the content creators and have sessions and panels taylored more towards them. I know that all this is a lot of work, but perhaps it would also make it easier to get sponsors and a larger draw. The triangle has Duke, UNC, and NCSU--Red Hat is on the NCSU campus, so perhaps that suggests NCSU. Just throwing it out there. OSCOM's a great thing--think about how much content is hosted on open source CMS platforms.
