[OSCOM] Move of oscom server

Hi

I'm almost finished with changing the initial parts of the oscom server.

I did a "wget -m" of oscom.org and kupu.oscom.org, and rsynced all the 
midgard and mysql and mailman stuff  to a backup..

oscom.org and kupu.oscom.org are now running from those static html 
files, until henri or someone else finds the time to setup midgard on 
that box again (login credentials available from me :) )

I will be switching mailman also this morning (CET), hope that goes well 
:) So, if your mails to the list don't get through, please report it (or 
just try an hour later again)

Still missing is the planet (which needs a software update anyway). 
Anything else?
