I think the point is that you seem to announce on this list proprietary 
software in the case of Magnolia EE. I don't have a problem if you ask 
people for money in order to use your code (it's just fair that you are 
being paid), but I have a problem if your license isn't OSI compliant in 
the case of Magnolia EE, and this is what seems to me the case.

Did you talk to OSI or check with their listed OSI compliant licenses?
