[OSCOM] FYI: Welcome new OSCOM members, status on existing

(Hmm, this mail seemed to get lost this morning on sending, retyping...)

A few months ago we did a "call for members".  Per the bylaws, I got  
a slate, took it to the board, and got them approved.  Welcome, new  
OSCOM members:

Alex Kempkens
Douglas Arellanes
Kit Blake
Markus Nix
Pietro Triscari
Seth Gottlieb
Chalu Kim
Robin Millette
Paolo di Maio
Ross Reedstrom

I also emailed each of the existing members, asking who was  
interested in providing energy, remaining active, and restarting  
OSCOM.  Unfortunately I only got two replies (one yes and one no.)   
Fortunately the list above is numerically enough to vote in bylaw  
changes, a new board, etc. even if 100% of the existing membership  
doesn't participate.
