So, you are saying those who volunteered as members are up for board? 
Member as in board member?
 From what I understood is that to jump-start, you needed new members, 
by-laws. By OSCOM definition, we still have old members deciding things.

So, we are back to square one?  I expected one way or another we will 
hear "next step" and I am still expecting myself volunteering for 
keeping OSCOM alive. But nothing seemed to have happened.
