Re: [OSCOM] Sandro steps back

In summary

Those who want to be in the board step forward by the 14th of September 
by writing to the list.  That is from the new member list. If you are 
not one of those, sign up for that and join IRC.

We can have IRC session (3 PM in New York is about 9 PM in Paris. 1 PM 
in California or 5 AM in Tokyo).. This is the first thing to decide 
because we need members to elect the board, right?

For some reasons, we can't find 5 board members. OSCOM will disintegrate.
