if by govern you mean the board, then i agree. i am not asking you to
volunteer for the board. however i believe in government by the people,
and that in this case means everybody who has any interest in free
software content managment.

i do hope that the new batch of members and the new board will
facilitate a structural change that will give the oscom organization
open membership in a way that there is no more reason for you (or anyone
else on this list) to not be an oscom member.
