If this is in regards to Renaud's email about the booth, the relationship
and involved is a lot less formal than you are describing.  A few open
source CMS developers came up with the idea for a booth to promote the
concept of open source within the exhibitors hall.  We invited others that
we knew to help staff the booth.  OSCOM was a convenient heading to put
the booth under because we have representatives from Plone, Lenya, and
Drupal (We might get someone from Joomla as well.  If there is anyone else
out there in the Boston area who wants to help staff the booth, let me
know).  

As for a panel.  There is no OSCOM panel or track.  However, I have
organized and will moderate an interactive panel of open source
consultants and customers telling their experience about using open source
software to solve content management problems.
