[OSCOM] suggested procedure

Just some ideas below, please discuss or do


1)
- on the website we have a button link to a form to apply for Oscom membership
when the visitor fills this out they ll have to say

- name and affiliation
- interest/involvement  in Open Source CMS
- what can Oscom do for them?
- vision for future of Oscom
- availability to contribute to Oscom initiatives and community organisation

this form would automatically redirect to the list, where it can be viewed by
everybody -  the form should have a polls attached to it where other memebrs
can vote on this membership (approve/approve with condition/not approve(say why)

2)
-  please those who have put themselves up for
board, can you list yourself on the wiki.
This will save some of us having to filter out your messages on this
list and compile a list

3) if you have a new idea or project please create an entry somewhere
logical on the wiki
and send to list the link so that others can contribute
