[OSCOM] polling softwware for voting

If we can find some reliable software (that cannot be tampered with too easily)
we could simply create a poll where members can vote

candidate name/statement/(candidate for?) - vote

registered users can only vote once
(voting certificate must be issued to oscom members at their
registered emaila ddress)

members can vote up to 3 candidates

system logs should be available for inspection  immediately after the vote
is closed (so that we know the
system has not been cracked )
