While I can understand the reasons behind Chalu's ideas and see his 
point, I feel they do not really fit our current situation. I agree with 
Martin and generally think that the real problem, as Kit pointed out in 
another message, might lie in the fact that members are actually quite 
few. So, considering that we were looking for ways to revitalize OSCOM, 
I'd ideally go for no barriers to membership.
