[OSCOM] bylaws and organisational changes

I also think that paying for membership may be a bit too fast but
we could make the paying members have right to vote, or other special
privileges? this is the way we could consider moving to paying model

1. have a budget requirement (what do we need the money for? do we need it
now, or should we aim to do this over the next couple of years or so?)
2. value - 10-20 euros is a nominal fee, so rather acceptable - but what
for? give me something in exchange for that please - anything but make it a
good deal
3. allow for exceptions (free membership maybe limited, with no voting
rights?)
some reasoning of that kind will help us to make a decision

also: consider inviting to apply for membership
by people that we know are working in our industry
is bob doyle a member? are other people who we know
hang out there been invited ?

I know that I like polite invitations to join a party
