I like the idea of money (flexible and suggested amount) or time.

As for due, we can suggest 10 euro. You are a student and want to pay 
less. Go ahead. If you are from Kenya, pay what you like. This is how 
museums work.

Or you work suggested hours, say 5 hours. You can write an article we 
accept (yes, to put OSCOM seal, you need to review). Reviewing is work 
and contribution.

In this fashion, membership due is interchangeable with money and time 
and is good non-western standard of living.

If we have fund, we can have some fun, paying for projects and printing

As for voting rights, there needs to be what you can vote. We need more

Sure, we will need to agree and vote on mechanisms of membership but 
that is what we are thinking , it seems.
