Right now I'm just looking for a simple CMS which could be customised
relatively easily, so that non-tech writers can (with a low learning curve)
type up some work and send it to a central DB, from which I can extract what
I want based on keywords. I'd be happy with a solution that would get me up
the DB part. after that i can do the rest with some simple php code i guess.

There must be some simple and elegant solutions that organizations requiring
simple data entry use. I am just finding so difficult to locate one on
google. Google's getting so damn polluted these days. makes it harder and
harder to find what you want :)
