[OSCOM] Yulup 0.2.7 released

After some longer than usual wait, we've released Yulup 0.2.7 today. But 
it was worth the waiting!

Changelog:
 * Escape characters in URIs in WYSIWYG documents correctly.
 * New and improved editing widgets.
 * Improved editing performance.
 * Improved image/asset upload.
 * Improved link selection.
 * Improved handling of relative URIs.
 * Neutron 2 implemented.
 * Implemented workflow and versioning functionality in Neutron sidebar.
 * Lots of under-the-hood changes and bug-fixing.

As always, you can get Yulup 0.2.7 from http://www.yulup.org/download/
or via the update function of the extension manager
