Thanks for the info. There is a major missing piece, though: sponsors. Who
were the sponsors for OSCOMs 3 & 4 and how much did they give? I understand
it may not be possible to disclose this information, but it would really
help us judge whether another US OSCOM would be feasible. And who to beg
for money first. :)
