Hello!

Has somebody made some experiences with prj-management, helpdesk und  
timetrackung tools?
Im particularly looking for a system, which supports helpdesk, 
bugtracking with a focus on **timetracking** ..

I was looking at some tools like dotproject, E-Groupware, mgw, but they 
didn't quit fullfill my needs
