I know of a relatively new Zope3 project, chronolog, which is entirely 
geared towards timetracking. It's in its infancy still, so it's nowhere 
near production, but it *is* lead by a renowned (in the Zope world at 
least) developer. If you're in a hurry, it's probably not for you, but 
if you're looking for a project where your input will be valued, have a
