Upgrade Question

I've just upgraded from .62 to .7.2. Everything seems to be going well with the execption that all of the story title text appears at strike-through. I'm not entirely confident of the new more complex template directory structure but have found messageStrike.tpl in default and basic. Just for kicks I commented out the strike tags in template/en/default/messageStrike.tpl. Still no luck.
