Try looking at the source for your site and check what templates are loading the striked code. HINT: use Firefox and highlight the text and right click "Show Selection source". You could also just show the source code of the page, then search for some text and scroll back to read the comments: <!-- whatever.tpl --> Another hint is to use a different Skin. All skins are separate from e/a other (unless they explicitly inherit from a base skin, like "basic", "default" or so.) Hope this helps.
