Hi Torsten, yes, I understood you correctly, just that I should have been more clear with my commnet - I was simply offering a 'work-around' for one of the most necessary features of any piece of software, pdf printing. I agree, there are lots of good 'add-ons' in Packages, but I'm less hopeful this will get fixed in the near term, so many other competing projects ( https://doc.tiki.org/Tiki22 and https://doc.tiki.org/Tiki23) and not enough volunteers. However, I believe Jonny offered to help you if you send him some logs or something (see previous email) br, Mike On Wed, Feb 17, 2021 at 3:03 AM Torsten Fabricius via TikiWiki-devel < [email protected]> wrote: > Thank you Mike, hello all, > > I think there might be a missunderstanding. > > I was not looking to get some webprinting running on a specific webhost or > Tiki website, but realised that there seems to be a general problem with > Tiki Packages - causing WSOD - what should be fixed or figured out. > > The trick of Packages is that we can aswell install incompatibly licenced > liraries as also install awesome stuff on shared hosting. > The problem is, that without Packages being available, the awesome stuff > is not available. > > Do I am missing something and if yes what? > > Regards, > Torsten > > > Am 16.02.21 um 14:11 schrieb Michael Finko: > > Hi Torsten, > > For printing (well, pdf printing) I went with WeasyPrint (one of the 4 > printing options in Control Panels > Printing) because they had simple > instructions on their site.
